Primary aim of the festival is to showcase performance approaches of different puppet schools, and the festival will try to represent most broadly theatre schools (graduate students performances) from Russia and international. Interested schools are invited to nominate performances for participation.

Teatralia Scenic Arts Festival for children and youth, organized by the Community of Madrid, has been consolidated as an international contest that brings together proposals of several disciplines (theatre, puppets, dance, music, circus...), with the common element of the artistic rigor, as well, as the ethical commitment.

The Festival invites theatre companies from Russia and other countries. This year besides its main program the Festival offers the «Off-Fest» program, that will consist of street and alternative theatres performances.
