Fourth edition of Vilnius International Theatre Festival SIRENOS and the Lithuanian Theatre Showcase initiated by the festival, which will take place in Vilnius, Lithuania, on September 21 – 30, 2007.

This year the festival continues to present provocative, challenging contemporary European theatre and to promote cultural partnership in anticipation of the outstanding cultural event for Vilnius - a European capital of culture in 2009.

In 2007 the festival will be proud to host the world premiere of “Requiem for Metamorphosis” by Jan Fabre, “Tragedia Endogonidia. BR#04 Bruxelles” by Romeo Castellucci, “The Little Match Girl” by “The Tiger Lilies” and other shows. The performances and other events of the festival will be presented in various theatre and cultural venues, as well as non-traditional spaces scattered all around Vilnius.
