This Festival is inviting groups who have made excellent performances for children.
The aim of the Festival is to promote mutual cultural exchange and friendship through various kinds of performances, seminars and workshops for children, organized through close partnership of children and adults. Cultivate the creativity of children.
Observers: Overseas as well as national visitors are welcome. Visitors are expected to fill the visitor's form and send it to the Executive Committee of the Festival no later than April 30, 2008. Visitors will receive the benefit of special discount for their bed and board during their stay in Toyama.
Financial support: The participating groups are accommodated in the lodgings free of charge during their stay in Toyama. Also traveling expenses from International Airports in Japan to Toyama and back will be covered by organizers. Traveling expenses to International Airports in Japan and back are the responsibility of each group. Each group is advised to be accompanied by a person who can speak either Japanese or English.
Registration deadline: 30 September 2007.
How to register: Application Forms together with a video tape and pictures of the performance are required to be sent to the Executive Committee of the World Festival of Children's Performing Arts.
